The Offer Management System enables you to see your products with their pictures and prepare your offers easily. You can save and track the prepared offers as well as managing them. With one click, you can create proforma invoice, freight bill and product catalogs with product pictures. You can use it with any version of Microsoft Excel.

The software can be:
used by, a single person independently.
used simultaneously by many users in the same company (same network) with a common product information database.
used simultaneously by more than one user on different locations with a common product information database over web.
Features
It is created with Microsoft Excel which is installed in many computers.
You can prepare offers easily by selecting products and customer. You can save and track the prepared offers as well as managing them
Grouping can be added such as “Country”, “Region”, "City", "Currency" etc. for your customers. You can do filtering and reporting according to these groups.
Features can be added to your products such as “New Products", “Products on Discount”, “Promotional Products”, and do filtering and reporting according to these features.
In case of multi-users, your product and customer information is saved in a common database. Everybody accesses same database, and it is possible to work without error.
You can add unlimited number of customers, products, models, bank, representatives, etc. These added information shall be instantly visible in opened boxes. (combobox)
You can add more than one picture to products.
You can use the pictures by copying them to the folder without adjusting the size of product pictures. The software adjusts the picture size automatically.
You can double click on the selected product, enter any amount and allow it to be added to offer.
With one click, you can create proforma invoice or freight bill in PDF format.
You can search your products by product code, or in alphabetical order; and find any products you are looking for easily.
It can recognize foreign currency; and if necessary, automatically set rates of Central Bank of Turkey as default.
The combobox (drop down menu) data is user-defined. You can arrange all combobox data in your own way.
You can choose the date information from the box which is opened or write it manually.
Compatible with all versions of Microsoft Excel. (except Mac versions)
Excel was used for coding, report templates and visualization, and Access or MSSQL was used as the database.
No data is stored in Excel. All data is stored in the database. Therefore, the Excel file size doesn't increase or bloat. Furthermore, because the data is stored in the database and queries are made using SQL code, the program runs quickly.
